About Us
Over 10 years experience in property management services
I started Smartrent so I could do what I love and am very passionate about everyday. I have worked as a property manager for large agencies and agencies claiming to be Property management specialists. What I found however Is that the focus of these agencies is actually on many forms of transactions within the business. That’s why Smartrent is solely a property management company.
Vast experience in the industry from Australia to New Zealand
Focusing purely on leasing and managing properties. My goal is to develop long lasting relationships with all of our clients based on Trust, Integrity and Quality of service. I strive to maximise the returns and value of our owners properties by negotiating the right price with quality tenants. Our personable approach to property management is driven by the desire to be a relationship based property management provider not just a service provider.
